Admissions Online

Welcome to St. Joseph Catholic Academy!

We offer open-enrollment all year long for the 24-25 school year.

How to Apply
 
Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.
 
If you are a RETURNING FAMILY ADDING A STUDENT and already have a Family Portal Account:
Log into your account, click on "Apply/Enroll", "Application", open the application, and then click on the red button labeled, "Create a New Student Application."
 
There is a $40 non-refundable Application Fee right before submission. The application is a ONE-TIME form. This will not need to be submitted every year.
 
To begin the Online Application process for new students/families:
  • Create an Account This is a one time account creation. 
  • Log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. 
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. 
 
Please be prepared to upload required documents during this process. 
 
You will need:
  1. Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
  2. Update Immunization Records
  3. Copy of Parent Identification
  4. Copy of Sacramental Records 
Keep in mind that entering students must meet the grade age requirements listed below by September 1. An official birth certificate must verify age. 
  • Pre-kindergarten 3 students must be 3 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year and completely potty trained.
  • Pre-kindergarten 4 students must be 4 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year and completely potty trained.
  • Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year.
  • First-grade students must be 6 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year.
Before the first day of school, you will need to provide the following:
  • Legal documents relating to custody agreements or other custody matters, if applicable.
  • I-20, for international students, if applicable.
